Nigerian Court Battling With International Political Crime And Respecting Non-Refoulement by Pablo Epah

Human Rights Advocate, and lead Defense Counsel Barrister Femi Falana with his team also comprising of some lawyers from Cameroon like Barrister Veronique Fem solicited in high gear during the first hearing of the case between Sisiku AyukTabe Julius Vs Attorney General of Nigeria and the National Security at the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja yesterday.

With a commendable kin attention of presiding the Judge, Justice A. I Chikere, Falana had early provided two affidavits which he later withdrew one yesterday.

Barrister Falana in retrospective of the gross human rights abuses against his clients and in anticipation of the bogus proceedings decried the need for a logical respect of procedure in the course of the legal process
